NCP1117LPST33T3G is a low power version of the popular NCP1117 family of low dropout voltage regulator with reduced quiescent current. It is intended primarily for high volume consumer applications over the 0 to 125 degree temperature range. Capable of providing an output current in excess of 1A, with a dropout voltage of 1.3V at 1A full current load. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting and built−in thermal shutdown. The NCP1117LP series can operate up to 18V max input voltage. Typical applications include TV and monitors, set top boxes and entertainment devices, switching power supply post regulation, game consoles and consumer applications and hard drive controllers.
