NUP4114HMR6T1G is an ESD protection diode array. It is designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD. Ultra-low capacitance and a high level of ESD protection make this device well-suited for use in USB 2.0 high-speed applications. It is also used in applications such as LVDS, USB 2.0 high-speed data line and power line protection, digital video interface (DVI) and HDMI, gigabit ethernet, monitors and flat panel displays, and notebook computers.
- Low clamping voltage, low leakage
- IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection
- AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable
- Breakdown voltage is 6.5V typical at (T = 1mA, TJ = 25°C)
- Reverse leakage current is 1µA maximum at (VRWM = 5.5V, TJ = 25°C)
- Clamping voltage is 8.3A typical at (IPP = 1A, TJ = 25°C)
- 12A maximum peak pulse current at (8/20s waveform, TJ = 25°C)
- Junction capacitance is 0.6pF maximum at (VR = 0V, f = 1MHz between I/O pins and GND)
- Response time is <lt/> 1.0ns typical
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, TSOP-6 package
