BP7A-LS

The BP7A-LS is a complete isolated interface circuit reference design kit for six and seven pack low and medium power L series intelligent power modules (IPM). This circuit provides optocoupled isolation for control signals and isolated power supplies for the IPM’s built in gate drive and protection circuits. The isolated interface helps to simplify prototype development and minimize design time by allowing direct connection of the IPM to logic level control circuits. It consist of bare PCB and VLA106-24151 DC to DC converter. This DC to DC output power is 1.5W and the input is isolated from the output. The over current protection circuit is built in. This device is used for on board power supplies in industrial control equipment.
