The VLA606-01R is an interface module for intelligent power modules (IPM) drive. Intelligent power modules are isolated base modules designed for power switching applications operating at frequencies to 20KHz. Built in control circuits provide optimum gate drive and protection for the IGBT and free wheel diode power devices. It contains six optocouplers for IPM drive and four optocouplers for fault signal for three phase inverter. Pin arrangement of this interface module matches IPM's pin arrangement.
