The ISL15102IRZ from is a single port, power line communication (PLC) differential line driver in 24 pin QFN package. This device is designed to drive heavy line loads while maintaining a high level of linearity required in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) PLC modem links. The ISL15102 has built-in thermal protection. When the internal temperature reaches +150°C (typical) the driver shuts down to prevent damage to the device. Typically used at power line communication differential driver.

- 90MHz signal bandwidth
- 900V/µs slew rate
- Supports narrowband and broadband DMT PLC
- THD of -86dB/-70dB/-65db at 200KHz/3MHz/6MHz in to 50 ohm line load
- Control pin for enable/disable for TDM operation
- 160°C typical thermal shutdown
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
