RT-ZD20.02

The RT-ZD20.02 from Rohde & Schwarz is a 1.5GHz active differential probe. An extremely flat frequency response and high input impedance with low input capacitance permit precise measurements on differential signals while keeping the loading on the DUT low. The high common mode rejection over the entire probe bandwidth ensures high immunity to interference. Special browser adapters allow flexible contacting with high signal fidelity. It provided with special features such as the R&S ProbeMeter and the micro button. Since the probe is equipped with Rohde & Schwarz probe interface, it can be connected to any Rohde & Schwarz base unit that is compatible with this interface. When connected to the front panel of an R&S oscilloscope, the probe is controlled via the software menus of the oscilloscope.

• Attenuation factor is 10:1
• Extremely low zero and gain errors throughout temperature range, no significant temperature drift
