E-941SA-1200 is an electromagnetic lock. It is the ideal way to secure a door against unauthorized entry. When power is applied to the electromagnetic lock, it creates an extremely strong magnetic field. The electromagnet is strongly attracted to the steel armature plate which is mounted on the secured door. Once the electromagnet is deactivated, the secured door will function normally without any residual magnetism. It is listed by UL294 access control system units – USA, UL1034 burglary resistant electric lock – USA, UL864 fire alarm systems – USA, UL10C positive pressure fire test – USA, UL10B fire test of door assemblies – USA, ULC-S104 fire test of door assemblies – Canada.
