IMP23ABSUTR is a compact, low-power microphone built with a capacitive sensing element and an IC interface. The sensing element, capable of detecting acoustic waves, is manufactured using a specialized silicon micromachining process to produce audio sensors. It has an acoustic overload point of 130dBSPL with a typical 64dB signal-to-noise ratio. It is used in applications such as condition monitoring of industrial equipment, leak detection, electrical arcing, smart medical instruments, wearable devices, hearables, smart speakers, active noise-canceling headsets.
- Single supply voltage range from 1.52V to 3.6V
- Omnidirectional sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio
- Package compliant with reflow soldering, enhanced RF immunity
- Ultra-flat frequency response, low latency
- Current consumption is 120µA typical at (Vdd = 2.75V, no load, Tamb = 25°C)
- Signal-to-noise ratio is 64dB typical at (Vdd = 2.75V, no load, Tamb = 25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 60dB typical at (100mVpp sine wave, 1KHz, Vdd <gt/> 1.6V)
- Load resistance is 15Kohm minimum at (100mVpp sine wave, 1KHz, Vdd <gt/> 1.6V)
