M24128-DFMC6TG is a 128Kbit I²C-compatible bus EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 16K × 8bits. It can operate with a supply voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V. This device operates with a clock frequency of 1MHz (or less). It offers an additional page, named the identification page (64 byte). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- Byte write within 5ms, page write within 5ms
- Random and sequential read modes
- Write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-Up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-years data retention
- Output leakage current is ±2µA max at (SDA in Hi-Z, external voltage applied on SDA: VSS or VCC)
- Input leakage current is ±2µA max at (VIN = VSS or VCC device in standby mode)
- Standby supply current is 1µA max at (VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 1.6V or 1.7V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, WLCSP ECOPACK2 package
