M95128-DFMC6TG is a 128Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with high-speed clock. It offers an additional page, named the Identification page (64bytes). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Page size: 64bytes, additional write lockable page (identification page)
- High-speed clock is 20MHz
- Single supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Enhanced ESD protection, more than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-year data retention
- Input leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Output leakage current is ±2µA max at (S = VCC, voltage applied on Q = VSS or VCC)
- Output low voltage is 0.3V max at (IOL = 0.15mA, VCC = 1.7V)
- Operating industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85 °C
- UFDFPN8 (DFN8) package
