M95128-RMN6TP is a 128-Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with a high-speed clock. It can operate with a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V. The Identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-year data retention
- Byte write within 5ms, page write within 5ms
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Input leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Supply current (read) is 2mA max at (VCC= 1.8V, C = 0.1 VCC or 0.9 VCC)
- Supply current (standby) is 1µA max at (VCC = 1.8V, S = VCC, VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Output leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (S = VCC, voltage applied on Q = VSS or VCC)
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
