M95256-DFCS6TP/K is a 256Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM in a 8 pin WLCSP package. The M95256-DF can operate with a supply voltage from 1.7 V to 5.5V, over an ambient temperature range of -40°C / +85°C. It offers an additional page, named the identification page (64 bytes). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be (later) permanently locked in Read-only mode.
- High-speed clock is 20MHz
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface bus
- Memory array is 256Kb (32Kbytes) of EEPROM, page size is 64bytes
- Byte write within 5ms, page write within 5ms
- Additional write lockable page (identification page)
- Write Protect: quarter, half or whole memory array
- High-speed clock is 20MHz
- Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 4 million Write cycles
- More than 200-year data retention
