M95256-DFDW6TP is a 256Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with the high-speed clock. It operates with a 1.7V to 5.5V. It offers an additional page, named the identification page (64 bytes). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- Operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Write protect quarter array, half array, whole memory array
- High-speed clock is 20MHz, Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-year data retention
- Input leakage current is ±2µA maximum
- Output rise and fall time is 10ns max at (VCC ≥ 4.5V)
- Write time (byte write within 5ms, page write within 5ms)
- Operating industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- TSSOP8 package
