STPS1L30A is a 30V, 1V low drop power schottky rectifier in a 2 pin SMA package. It is designed for high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as adaptors and on-board DC/DC converters. Typical applications include cordless appliance, SSD, battery charger, telecom power and DC / DC converter.
- Forward voltage drop of 0.260V at IF = 1A
- Maximum operating junction temperature of 150°C
- Very low forward voltage drop for less power dissipation
- Avalanche capability specified
