TL082ACDT is a high-speed JFET input dual operational amplifier incorporating well-matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. This device features high slew rates, low input bias and offset current, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
- Wide common-mode (upto VCC+) and differential voltage range
- Low input bias and offset current, output short-circuit protection
- High input impedance JFET input stage, internal frequency compensation
- Latch up free operation, high slew rate is 16V/µs typical
- Supply voltage range from 6V to 36V, input offset voltage is 3mV typical
- Input bias current is 20pA typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Supply current is 1.4mA typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 4MHz typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.01% typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
