ICH12012A007V-007-R is an iCH series non-isolated SMT point-of-load converters provides localized voltage conversion from either a 5V or 12V bus. With its wide input and wide output voltage adjustment range, this compact-size and surface-mountable DC-DC module can deliver up to 85W making it a versatile solution for various board mount power requirements. It includes overcurrent protection. Application includes industrial, test, COMM, broadcast. Certified by IEC/UL/CSA/EN 62368-1, 60950-1.
- Input voltage range from 4.5 to 14V, output voltage range from 0.7 to 8.5V
- Maximum current is 12A, maximum power is 85W
- Typical efficiency is 97% (full load)
- DOSA compatible footprint, established industry footprint / multisource
- Surface mountable and reflow solder compatible, ease of manufacturing and assembly
- Constant switching frequency, predictable EMI
- No external loop tuning components needed, simplifies deployment and saves board space
- Excellent transient response, stable/reliable output during dynamic load
- Switching frequency is 500KHz (fixed), operating temperature range from -40°C to 115°C
