4GHz single ended active probe provide excellent high speed electrical and mechanical performance required for digital system designs. Suitable for use at verification, debug and characterization of high-speed designs, signal integrity, jitter and timing analysis, signals with voltage swings up to 8Vp-p, manufacturing engineering and test.
