74HC126D(BJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-speed CMOS quad bus buffer (non-inverted 3-state outputs) fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. It requires the control input to be set low to place the output into high impedance. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Low power dissipation ICC is 4.0µA (max) at Ta = 25°C
- Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≈ tPHL
- Wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Input leakage current is ±0.1µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 4µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 10ns typ at (CL=50pf, Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typ at (Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- Output transition time is 20ns typ at (2V, Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
