TCK127BG,LF(S is a load switch IC for general power management with a slew rate control driver, featuring super low quiescent current, low switch ON resistance, and wide input operation voltage range from 1.0 to 5.5V. Quiescent current is only 0.08nA and output current is available up to 1.0A. TCK127BG also features an output auto-discharge function. Thus, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly and ultra-low power consumption such as wearables, smartphones, and IoT modules.
- Wide input operation voltage range from 1.0 to 5.5V
- Output current is 1.0A maximum
- Quiescent current is 0.08nA typ (VIN = VCT = 5.5V, IOUT = 0mA, Ta = 25°C)
- On resistance is 46mohm typ (VIN = 5.0V, IOUT = -0.5A, Ta = 25°C)
- Built in slew rate control driver, built in auto-discharge, active high
- Standby current (OFF state) is 0.6nA typ (VIN = 1.0V, VCT = 0V, VOUT = OPEN, Ta = 25°C)
- Discharge on resistance is 109 ohm typ (VIN = 3.3V, IOUT = 0.01A, Ta = 25°C)
- Turn on delay is 335μs typ (RL = 500 ohm, CL = 0.1μF, Ta = 25°C, VIN = 1.2V)
- Turn off delay is 6μs typ (RL = 500 ohm, CL = 0.1μF, Ta = 25°C, VIN = 1.2V)
