The TPD2005F(EL,F) is a 8-channel High-side Power Switch Array for motors, solenoids and lamp drivers and it is a silicon monolithic power MOS integrated circuit. The switch array is suitable for vertical power MOSFET output. It can directly drive a power load from a CMOS or TTL logic circuit. It offers over-current and over-temperature protection functions.
