The CRHV series from Vishay are high voltage thick film chip resistors suitable for solderable, epoxy bondable or wire bondable applications. It has 3-sided wraparound termination or single termination flip chip standard and 5-sided wraparound termination available. It offers multiple styles, termination materials and configurations allow wide design flexibility and epoxy bondable or wire bondable non-magnetic terminations available.
- Resistance range from 2Mohm to 50Gohm
- Available in ±20%, ±10%, ±5%, ±2%, ±1% and ±0.5% tolerance
- Temperature coefficient is ±100ppm/°C
- Power rating up to 1W and voltage rating up to 3000V
- Automatic placement capability
- Outstanding stability less than 0.5%
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 155°C
- High voltage resistor
