The Vishay MMA 0204 series is automotive grade thin film MELF surface mount resistors. These resistors are a perfect choice where reliability and stability is of concern. MELF resistors are available in resistance value ranging from 0.22ohm to 10Mohm.
- Available in DIN0204 size
- Available in ±5%, ±1%, ±0.5% tolerance
- Temperature coefficient (TCR) of ±50ppm/K, ±25ppm/K
- Power rating of 0.4W and rated voltage of 200V
- Operating temperature of -55°C to +155°C
- Automotive grade AEC-Q200 qualified
- Approved according to EN 140401-803
- Advanced metal film technology
- Excellent overall stability that exceeds class 0.25
