The NTCLE305E4 series from Vishay are AECQ200 automotive grade radial leaded NTC thermistors. These NTC thermistors consist of a micro NTC chip with two insulated solid silver plated nickel wires coated with a ochre coloured epoxy lacquer. Typical applications include temperature measurement and sensing and control applications.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q200 qualified
- Flexible insulated leads for special mounting or assembly
- Miniature sized very fast reacting
- Accurate over a wide temperature range
- High stability over a long life
- Resistance value at 25°C ranges from 2.06Kohm to 10Kohm
- 1.93% and 2.2% resistance tolerance available
- Beta value (B25/85value) range from 3511K to 3984K
- Tolerance on B25/85-value ranges from ±0.5% to ±1%
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
