The VS-VSKD91/12 is a 1.2kV high voltage power module Standard Diode intended for general purpose high voltage applications. The ADD-A-PAK generation VII new generation module combines the excellent thermal performances obtained by the usage of exposed direct bonded copper substrate and simplified internal structure with minimized number of interfaces.
