Streamlined rework system designed for the most demanding tasks in the electronics, medical, aerospace, and automotive industries. It offers the fastest heat-up and recovery times, full tip-to-station process control with the new smart tools. World-class connectivity, an easy-to-use color touch screen and cybersecurity complete the package. Weller's active tip technology (cartridge) provides optimized heat transfer with a maximum power of 150W, 24V. Both the ultra tweezers and the ultra soldering iron have an extremely fast heat-up time of 7 seconds. They provide excellent heat transfer and recovery time during the soldering process for a high performance, continuous workflow. The ultra tweezers and iron use thermal core technology for optimized heat transfer through the joint, with 150W performance for maximum power. It covers heavy-duty applications with large component sizes from 1612 and bigger.
