The 32838 is an insulated high leverage Diagonal Cutter with ergonomic moulded two component soft comfort grips. It is made of high quality forged C70 steel. The DynamicJoint® diagonal cutter ensures optimal transmission of hand strength to the cutting edges. Long term cutting is achieved through additional inductive hardening to approximately 64 HRC. It is suitable for soft, hard and piano wire, lay-on joint and optimized power transmission.

- Moulded in slip guards for added user protection
- Finger jam protection for safe operation at all settings
- Semi-circular
- Low wear lap joint, riveted and able to withstand high levels of load
