18012115411L is a 2 channel digital isolator that provides capacitive isolation between the primary and secondary sides of the device. The digital isolator requires two supplies, one for the primary side and one for the secondary side. The CDIS digital isolator ensures fast time to market and low development costs. Typical application includes communication bus isolation, motor control, battery management systems, solar inverters, test and measurement systems, programmable logic controller (PLC) interfaces.

- Propagation delay time is 12ns typ (50% of VINX to 50% of VOUTX, TA = 25°C)
- Data rate range from 0 to 150Mbps (-40°C to 125°C)
- Common-mode transient immunity is 150kV/µs typ (VINX = VCCI or 0V, VCM = 1200V, TA = 25°C)
- UL1577 certified
- Isolation: 3.75kVRMS for 60s
- Supply voltage range from 2.375 to 5.5V (-40°C to 125°C)
- Signal pulse width is 5ns min (-40°C to 125°C)
- Pulse width distortion is 0.2ns typ (-40°C to 125°C)
- SOIC-8NB package, ambient temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
