1EDN8511BXUSA1 is an EiceDRIVER™ gate-driver IC. The pinout meets de facto industry standards. It is made to drive logic and normal-level MOSFETs like OptiMOS™ and CoolMOS™, and GaN HEMT devices. Applications include switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), power factor correction systems, DC-DC power converters, low-voltage drives and power tools, industrial power supply (SMPS, UPS), EV off-board chargers, solar micro-inverters, solar optimizers.
- VVDD supply voltage range from 4.5V to 20V
- VDD quiescent current is 0.4mA typical at (OUT = high, VVDD= 12V)
- 5A reverse current robustness, 4.2V and 8V UVLO options
- Input to output propagation delay is 19ns typical at (CLOAD= 1.8nF, VVDD= 12V)
- Rise time is 6.5ns typical at (CLOAD= 1.8nF, VVDD= 12V)
- Fall time is 4.5ns typical at (CLOAD= 1.8nF, VVDD= 12V)
- 8V/7V UVLO ON/OFF, separated source and sink output configuration
- High level (sourcing) output current is 4A typ, low level (sinking) output current is -8A typ
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
- PG-SOT23-6 package
