CY7C64215-56LTXC is an enCoRe™ III full-speed USB controller. Application includes mouse (optomechanical, optical, trackball), keyboards, joysticks (PC human interface devices), game pads, console keyboards (gaming), barcode scanners, POS terminal, consumer electronics, toys, remote controls, USB to serial (general purpose).
- 16K flash size, 1KByte SRAM
- M8C processor speeds up to 24MHz, two 8 × 8 multiply, 32-bit accumulate
- USB 2.0 USB-IF certified (TID# 40000110)
- Supply voltage range from 3.0 to 5.25V (-40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 85°C)
- Up to 14-bit incremental and delta sigma analog-to-digital converters (ADCs)
- 8-bit and 16-bit pulse width modulators (PWMs), timers, and counters
- Full-duplex universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter
- Complex peripherals by combining blocks, four unidirectional endpoints
- One bidirectional control endpoint, dedicated 256-byte buffer, no external crystal required
- 56 pin SSOP package, commercial temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
