Product Overview
The ITS4141N is a single channel smart high side power switch in 4 pin SOT-223 package. This high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET provides embedded protection and diagnostic functions.
- Short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection
- On-state resistance (Ron) of 150mohm at Tj = 25°C and IL = 0.5A
- Overvoltage protection (Vbb(AZ)) of 47V
- Operating voltage (Vbb(on)) from 12V to 45V
- Clamp of negative voltage at output with inductive loads
- CMOS compatible input
- Undervoltage shutdown with auto restart and hysteresis
- Reverse battery protection with external resistor and thermal shutdown with restart
- Improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
- Operating temperature range from -30°C to 85°C
