Product Overview
ITS4142NHUMA1 is a single channel smart high side power switch in 4 pin SOT-223 package. This high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET provides embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
- Microcontroller compatible power switch with diagnostic feedback for 12V and 24VDC grounded loads
- Very low standby current
- Overvoltage protection (Vbb(AZ)) of 47V
- Operating voltage (Vbb(on)) from 12V to 45V
- On-state resistance (Ron) of 150mohm at Tj = 25°C and IL = 0.5A
- Operating temperature range from -30°C to 85°C
- Short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection
- Undervoltage shutdown with auto restart and hysteresis
- CMOS compatible input
- Improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
