Product Overview
The DAQ973A System is Keysight’s next generation 3-slot mainframe Switch/Data Acquisition System with built-in 6 ½ digit DMM based on the best-selling TrueVolt DMM series. 8 switch and control plug-in modules are offered, among them a new 20-channel solid-state multiplexer that vastly increases scan speeds to up to 450 ch/s. The system measures and converts 12 different input signals, with built-in signal conditioning to minimise external wiring from having to use external or plug-in signal conditioning modules. The DAQ973A has built-in Gigabit LAN and USB 2.0. With the standard LAN connection, you also get the added benefit of a graphical Web interface for easy configuration of measurements and monitoring of results using a standard Web browser. In addition to LAN and USB, it also includes a built-in GPIB interface.

- Compatible with BenchVue DAQ software that provides familiar Microsoft Windows interface for test configuration and real-time data display and analysis
- Measures 12 different input signals: temperatue, RTDs and thermistors; DCV/ACV; resistance; freq. and period; DCI/ACI; diode and capacitance
- Built-in signal conditioning
- Built-in 6 ½ DMM based on Keysight’s TrueVolt DMM series, with 0004% 1-year DCV accuracy with built-in cold junction reference available
- LAN and USB connection with USB memory port for additional data storage
- 50K readings non-volatile memory, including time-stamps Non-volatile storage for five complete instrument states
- High/Low limits and alarms available on a per-channel basis
