Product Overview
The MCR310-10G is a reverse blocking Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for consumer applications. It has small, rugged, thermowatt construction for low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation and durability.
- Centre gate geometry for uniform current density
- All diffused and glass-passivated junctions for parameter uniformity and stability
- Low trigger current, 200μA maximum for direct driving from integrated circuits
