The S6008LS3 is a 8A sensitive Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) with excellent unidirectional switches for phase control applications. This Teccor® Thyristor is easily triggered with microamperes of current as furnished by sense coils, proximity switches and microprocessors.
