- 90mohm/30mohm high side/low side RDS(ON) for internal power MOSFETs

- Programmable switching frequency
- Short circuit protection with hiccup mode
- Full protection include short circuit/overcurrent/undervoltage protection and thermal shutdown
- Constant on-time control provides fast transient response, easy loop design, tight output regulation
