Product Overview
NBP8FD4ST1 is a fully integrated battery pressure monitoring sensor (BPMS). The NBP8S BPMS solution integrates an 8bit central processing unit (CPU) running on factory-embedded firmware with serial data interface to create the ready-to-use battery pressure monitor sensor. The NBP8S includes unique autonomous features such as periodic data management with host notification, pressure change detection with host wake up, and self-test.
- Pressure range from 40kPa to 250kPa, standard pressure tolerances
- Transducer measurement interfaces with low-power AFE
- 12-entry pressure FIFO
- Fixed pressure threshold, relative pressure threshold, pressure rate of change threshold
- Client SPI to support host access to internal peripherals, registers, and memory
- Qualified in compliance with AEC-Q100, Rev. H
- User-selectable sampling interval, low-voltage detection
- Stabilization time is 300µs typ, low frequency oscillator range from 504 to 1512Hz
- Medium frequency oscillator range from 107 to 135KHz (VDD <gt/> 2.1V)
- VSON package, operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
