TEA1993DB1357UL is a TEA1993TS USB PD synchronous rectifier controller demo board for flyback. It is designed for incorporation into existing flyback power supplies, by replacing the secondary rectifier diode. The add-on board consists of the TEA1993TS SR controller IC and a low-ohmic MOSFET.
- Wide output voltage operation range from 0V to 20V
- Low-side rectification with supply by Vout for maximum efficiency
- Under voltage, lock out with active gate pull-down
- Advanced (self-) supply allows versatile application optimized for low cost
- Operates with standard and logic level SR MOSFETs
- Adaptive gate drive for fast turn-off at end of conduction cycle and maximum efficiency at any load
- Supply current in no-load operation below 200µA
- TEA1993TS controller in TSOP-6 package
