Product Overview
The TWR-K65F180M is a Tower System Module for the Kinetis K26, K65 and K66 180MHz 32-bit ARM cortex-M4 microcontrollers. The board features the Kinetis MK65FN2M0VMI18 low-power MCU with 2MB flash, 256kB SRAM, SDRAM controller, HS USB and Ethernet MAC. The board operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform.
- Dual-role USB interface with micro-AB USB connector
- On-board open-standard serial and debug adaptor (OpenSDA)
- General-purpose tower plug-in (TWRPI) socket
- Support of standalone high speed USB device and host
- Three-axis accelerometer (MMA8451Q)
- Potentiometer
- Four user-controlled status LEDs and two capacitive touch pads
- Two mechanical push buttons for GPIO interrupt and MCU reset
- On-board 64Mbit SDRAM (32-bit width) connected to the MCU's SDRAM controller
- SD card socket and coin cell battery holder
- Board power select from 3.3 or 1.8V MCU operation
- Software support and application development is offered through the Kinetis software development kit
