Product Overview
LVU-150-R is submersible ultrasonic level switch sensor deliver accurate and reliable liquid level detection with an SPST mechanical relay output. This technology provides a high level of ultrasonic sensitivity, including resistance to vapor and turbulence. This ultrasonic sensor utilizes a fork‑shaped sensor which contains two piezoelectric crystals, one of which acts as the ultrasonic transmitter and the other as a receiver. If the air gap between the points of the fork fills with liquid, sonic wave passes from one crystal to the other.
- Not sensitive to changes in viscosity, density or conductivity
- Resists vapor and turbulence
- Wetted material is polypropylene, switch mode is selectable, NO or NC states
- Media type is liquid, maximum operating pressure is 150PSI
- Maximum process temperature is 80ºC
- Process connection type is 3/4inch NPT male
- Switch rating and type is 1A, SPST
- Input voltage is 12 to 36VDC, maximum current output is 25mA
- Standard cable length is 3m
