Product Overview
EE-SX1330 is an ultra-compact slot/SMD type photomicrosensor (transmissive).
- PCB surface mounting type
- High resolution with a 0.3mm-wide aperture
- SMT connecting method, 3mm(slot width) sensing distance
- Aperture size (H × W) is 1.4 × 1.4mm (emitter)/1 × 0.3mm (detector)
- 1.1V typ forward voltage (IF = 5mA, Ta = 25°C), 10μA max reverse current (VR = 5V, Ta = 25°C )
- 1000μA light current at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V and 100nA dark current at VCE = 10V (detector)
- 940nm peak emission wavelength at IF = 20mA
- Collector-emitter saturated voltage is 0.1V typ (IF = 20mA, IL = 100μA, Ta = 25°C)
- PPS case material
- Operating temperature range from -30 to +85°C
