The CNY17F3M is a 6-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. It features very low coupled capacitance along with no chip-to-pin 6 base connection for minimum noise susceptibility. It is suitable for digital logic inputs, microprocessor inputs and industrial controls.
