Product Overview
The SMF05CT1G is a 5-line Transient Voltage Suppressor Array designed for applications requiring transient overvoltage protection capability. They are intended for use in over-transient voltage and ESD sensitive equipment such as hand-held portable applications, serial and parallel ports, notebooks, desktops, servers, printers and other applications. This device features a monolithic common anode design which protects five independent lines in a single SC-88 package.
- Protects up to 5-line in a single SC-88 package
- 100W Peak power dissipation (8 x 20s waveform)
- ESD rating of Class 3B (exceeding 8kV) per human body model
- ESD rating of Class C (exceeding 400V) per machine model
- Compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) 15kV (air), 8kV (contact)
- UL94 V-0 Flammability rating
- AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable
