Product Overview
4002632 is a HS static control shockless nozzle. The term shockless indicates that the ionizing point, located inside the nozzle tip, is capacitively coupled to the high voltage source, thus limiting the current at the point to a very low level. Under normal conditions, direct contact with the point will not result in a shock sensation. It can be installed individually, in series, and mounted on a standard air bar header.
- Line voltage requirements are 115V, 50/60Hz, 230V, 50/60Hz
- Size is 2.5inch height x 0.87inch width x 3.5inch length
- Maximum air pressure (clean, dry air) is 100psi
- UL, CSA, and FM approved
- Air flow (at 30psi) is 4.4SCFM
- Air supply connection is 1/8inch NPT on nozzle
- Working distance from substrate is 3" to 10"
- Operating temperature limit is 66°C
- Static charge discharge time is 0.6seconds at 6" 30psi (5000V to 500V)
