Product Overview
M24256-DFCS6TP/K is a 256Kbit serial I²C bus EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 32K × 8 bits. This device operates with a clock frequency of 1MHz (or less), offers an additional page, named the identification page (64byte). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- VCC = 1.7V to 5.5V single supply voltage and high speed
- Compatible with following I2C bus modes: 1MHz, 400KHz and 100KHz
- 64 byte page size and additional write lockable page
- Byte write within 5ms and page write within 5ms
- Random and sequential read modes
- Write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-Up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-years data retention
- More than 200-years data retention
- WLCSP (chip scale package) and industrial: device tested with standard test flow over -40 to 85°C
