Product Overview
M24LR64E-RMC6T/2 is a dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC with 64Kbit EEPROM.
- Support for energy harvesting
- VCC range from 1.8 to 5.5V, 27.5 pF capacitance
- Two-wires I²C serial interface supports 400KHz protocol, byte and page write (up to 4bytes)
- ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 mode 1 compatible, 13.56MHz ± 7KHz carrier frequency
- User configurable pin RF write in progress or RF busy mode
- Analog pin for energy harvesting, four sink current configurable ranges
- 8192 bytes in I²C mode, 2048 blocks of 32bits in RF mode
- I²C: 5ms maximum, RF: 5.75ms including the internal verify time
- More than 40-year data retention, multiple password protection in RF mode
- UFDFPN8 (MLP8) package, temperature range from -40 to 85°C (industrial)
