Product Overview
DL02-HCM is a 60V common mode differential probe. It is an ideal probe for low voltage GaN power conversion measurement with the highest accuracy, best CMRR, and lowest noise.
- 250MHz bandwidth, 1400ps rise time
- Common mode voltage range ±60V (DC + peak AC)
- Maximum input voltage to earth 80V (DC + peak AC), max 60V DC (either input to ground)
- DC gain accuracy ±0.5% (guaranteed)
- ±60V offset range
- 7.8x / 17.5x / 70x attenuation
- 50 ohm output termination
- ProBus interface
- 1.42m from probe sockets to oscilloscope connection
- Temperature range from 0°C to 50°C (operating)
