Product Overview
TB62269FTG(O,EL) is a bipolar stepping motor driver using a PWM chopper. It is fabricated with the BiCD process. Its internal voltage regulator allows control of the motor with a single VM power supply.
- Drive control is bipolar stepping motor at 1 chip/2-phase bipolar stepper+push-pull driver class
- PWM controlled constant-current drive, surface mounting
- Allows full, half and quarter, 1/8,1/16,1/32 step resolutions, number of pins are 48
- Low on-resistance of output stage transistor is low by using BiCD process
- High voltage and current, operating temperature range from -20 to 85℃
- Thermal shutdown (TSD, over-current shutdown (ISD) and power-on reset of VM power supply (POR)
- Built-in regulator allow to function with only VM power supply
- Able to customize PWM signal frequency by external resistance/capacitor
- Output voltage of 40V, output current of 1.8A
