TB6612FNG(O,C,8,EL is a driver IC for DC motor with output transistor in LD MOS structure/low ON-resistor.
- Power supply voltage of 15V (maximum)
- Output current of 1.2A (average)/3.2A (peak)
- Output low ON resistor is 0.5ohm (upper+lower typical at VM ≥ 5V)
- Standby (power save) system, operating temperature is -20 to 85℃
- CW/CCW/short brake/stop function modes
- Built-in thermal shutdown circuit and low voltage detecting circuit
- Small faced package (SSOP24: 0.02inch lead pitch)
- Full-bridge driver for brushed DC motors class
- Number of pins are 24, surface mounting
