Product Overview
TB67Z850SFTG(O,EL) is a silicon monolithic Bi-CMOS linear integrated circuit that includes three half-bridge gate drivers that can drive N-channel MOSFETs. It has three built-in amplifiers with adjustable gain, which can be used for shunt current sensing. Built-in protection functions include under voltage lockout, charge pump under voltage lockout, gate driver voltage monitoring, over current detection, high temperature warning, thermal shutdown, and flag output (nFAULT). Applications include brushless DC motors, fans, pumps, power tools, etc.
- Gate driver for high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFET
- Built-in voltage regulator, SPI and hardware interface
- 5V built-in regulator voltage
- SPI interface, 0 ch number of current sense amplifiers
- Input voltage range from 0 to 5.5V
- Switching slew rate (SHx) is 2V/ns maximum at Ta=-40 to 125°C
- Unity gain bandwidth is 1MHz typ at load capacitor=60pF
- Drift is 10µV/°C typ at VSPX=VSNX=0V
- P-VQFN32-0505-0.50-007 package
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
