                      Product Overview

                      TLP291-4 is an infrared LED and phototransistor. It consists of phototransistors optically coupled to an infrared LED. The TLP291-4 Photocoupler is housed in a very small and thin package. Since the TLP291-4 is guaranteed over a wide operating temperature range, it is suitable for high-density surface mount applications such as programmable controllers. Application includes programmable logic controllers (PLCs), switching power supplies, simplex/multiplex data transmission. Safety standards are UL 1577, File No.E67349, CSA Component Acceptance Service No.5A File No.E67349, EN 60747-5-5 (VDE).

                      • Collector-emitter voltage is 80V (Ta = 25°C)
